FUJINON XF 16-55mm F2.8 R LM WR II

The autofocus is lightning fast compared to the previous version, and the improved sharpness across the frame makes a huge difference for landscapes. It locks on instantly even in dim light.

I’ve been shooting with this lens for a week now and the weight reduction is immediately noticeable compared to the original version—it’s much easier to carry all day. The F2.8 aperture gives beautiful separation even at the wide end.

The autofocus is noticeably quicker and quieter than the first version, which makes a big difference when shooting events. Sharpness across the frame is impressive even wide open at 16mm, and the close-focusing capability is a welcome upgrade. Glad I finally upgraded.
